Noviqo Mineral Intelligence is a Noviqo product. It exists because the records needed to answer a mineral ownership question are public, but the ownership story is scattered across decades of separately indexed instruments.

The platform normalizes recorded-document information into owner-centered research records: names and their variants, grantor and grantee roles, recording dates and document numbers, township, range and section references, addresses, mineral classification, and death research indicators.

The goal is not to replace professional judgment. It is to remove the manual assembly work that stands between a professional and the evidence.
